Is CrossFit hard?
It depends; Sometimes, yes and sometimes no!
When you’re in the middle of a workout and you’re tired you may feel it’s hard but equally if you’re new to Volentia you’ll be supported by your coach to work at a level that fits with your abilities and goals.
Sometimes it may feel easier if you’re working on a skill, where you need to be relatively fresh and not under fatigue while you’re learning new movements.
Sometimes you may be doing a basic lift such as a squat or deadlift but it may be hard because it’s your ‘heavy’ day…
Sometimes you may be able to push it with a fast paced WOD (work out of the day) and the next day you’ll rein it in a bit to aide your recovery.
So the question of ‘is CrossFit hard’ is not quite as simple as it seems!
