We asked Joel to talk to us about his CrossFit journey and his passion for Olympic weightlifting.
This week we will be adding extra LIVE classes at Volentia from 09:30 - 10:15 every Tuesday and Thursday. All of our live classes will be held outside at the Box with a limit of 5 people, but will also be available online for anyone that would like to join in from home.
