Boost your fitness with our Hyrox training sessions, whether you’re an experienced Hyrox athlete or keen to get ready for your first race our sessions will push your capacity and get you fitter to set a new P.B. or be a fitter version of yourself.
We will combine strength, endurance and functional movements at a high intensity to mean you’ll be pushing the limits of what you thought was possible.
If you’re working towards an event then our Hyrox certified coaches will assist you with building a plan to get you from where you are now to where you want to be whether you’re a seasoned veteran, or new to the sport we’re here to help you get ready.
A high intensity session that will aim to build your strength, aerobic capacity and the ability to transition between different functional movements. All of our sessions are led by Hyrox certified coaches so you'll move better and more efficiently alongside being pushed to achieve more than you thought was possible.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight and intensity to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive Hyrox athlete.
