CrossFit is a lifestyle. If you train with us you probably have a busy lifestyle and expect a lot of yourself day to day. Fuelling your body in the right way to keep up with your training AND your other commitments is essential.

Good quality nutrition will help to support not only your training with us but will also help your concentration, mood and energy levels across the board. That’s why we offer a nutritional planning and support system with our nutrition coach, George.

 Our plans are designed to ensure you eat a well-balanced diet in a long term and sustainable way, so you can live a happy and healthy life long-term.

 
 
 

How does it work?

Our first priority will be to understand your goals, whether they are to gain, lose, or maintain weight, or change body composition. We will contact you to organise a conversation either in-person or online to discuss your goals and how we can work together. 

We will then proceed to an initial consultation where we will collect more information and discuss how we will begin to integrate new habits into your lifestyle. We will build on these habits weekly and monitor your progress to adapt and improve your plan to help achieve your desired results. 

Once you’ve used the plan for a few weeks you should be empowered to understand more about what nutrition works for your body, so you can continue eating a well-balanced diet. We’ll always be here to offer a bit of extra help should you need it and just with everything at Volentia, our goal is to educate and empower - giving you the confidence to make the right lifestyle choices.

 

What plans are available?

Our nutrition coaching requires a minimum of a three-month commitment at £70 per month.
