CrossFit is a lifestyle and encourages a sound approach to exercise and nutrition in order to improve your long-term health. This is something we believe in strongly, so we’ve developed a Junior Athletic Development program to help children learn to love and enjoy movement and exercise.

Children experience the world through exploring and moving, so our classes are designed to give them skills they can use for the rest of their lives.

 
 
 

What do the classes focus on?

Our classes focus on fundamental movement patterns, like squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling and lunging. We also including jumping, climbing and other activities to ensure it’s as much fun as possible while providing ongoing progression towards a strong foundation for their future athletic endeavors.
