CrossFit Competitions in Rugby, Warwickshire
CrossFit is also a competitive sport with the CrossFit Games being it’s elite competition. Since launching in 2007 where just a handful of athletes and spectators were involved, it has grown year on year in popularity and inclusivity. To qualify for the Games and to be crowned the Fittest on Earth’ athletes must first take part in the CrossFit Open. Athletes from any of the 15000 plus CrossFit affiliates can take part in the Open, whatever level they are at.
We all have to start somewhere though and local competitions are the place for that! A number of CrossFit gyms around the country regularly host these events (pre-Covid). Here at CrossFit Volentia, we host CrossFit competitions in our 3000 square foot gym in Rugby.
We have established ourselves as professional, inclusive, community-driven event organisers that run fun but challenging competitions.
